The musical stage play Rose Marie was performed on Broadway in 1924 and brough over to London where it had succes and ran for two years. It became a success in Paris and ws performed for quite a few years. This poster was produced for a travelling performance of this musical. The poster features a lady in a yellow dress with a flower in her hair hugging a gentleman in a Royal Canadian Mounted Police uniform, a Native American Indian man in a feather headdress by a totem pole, and dancing ladies in colourful costumes in front of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
