Original vintage advertising poster for London Zoo featuring a great image by the Polish designer Roslav Szaybo (1933-2019) of two pandas with the title above - London Zoo Chi Chi and An An 1968 - the panda's name and date in the O of the word Zoo. Born in China and moved to London in 1958, Chi Chi (1954-1972) is London Zoo's famous and most loved giant panda who was the inspiration for the original black and white World Wildlife Fund WWF logo designed by Peter Scott. Attempts to get Chi Chi and An An from Moscow Zoo to mate in 1968-1969 failed. Distributed exclusively in North America by Darien House Inc New York City. Printed in Great Britain.
