Original vintage advertising poster for the Great Season of Paris / Paris Grande Saison organised by the Commissariat des Fetes de Paris and held during May and July 1939. Fantastic design featuring a sketch of a two elegant horses leading a carriage with the coachmen in red livery seated at the front and stylish young ladies behind, the title below in flamboyant blue and red letters. Published by the Ministry of Commerce. Printed in France by J. Simon. S.A., Paris. Very good condition, minor tears and small restored loss on margins, backed on linen.
