London Underground Poster Hanger Lane Station Art Deco Architecture GWR Brian Lewis. Original hand drawn architect design for a London Underground station Hanger Lane tube station featuring an image of the station building designed by Brian Lewis (1906-1991). This stunning Art Deco design was only partially implemented. The Great Western Railway and Great Central Railway opened Twyford Abbey Halt in 1904 just south of the current station, it was closed in 1911 and replaced by Brentham station, which closed during World War One. The Hanger Lane station on the Central Line of the London Underground opened in 1947. By Architects Office GWR Paddington Station W2. Good condition, creasing, staining, pinholes.
