Advertising Poster Veedol Motor Oil Motorcycle. Original vintage advertising poster for Veedol Motor Oil featuring an illustration of a motorcyclist taking a turn set over a light background with a red and black frame. Veedol has earned a distinguished place in history as the motor oil selected by Henry Ford for use in the Model T�the world�s first mass-produced automobile. It was also the lubricant of choice for the Graf Zeppelin, the first airship to circumnavigate the globe, which departed from Germany. Additionally, Veedol was used in the historic 1931 non-stop trans-Pacific flight from Japan to the United States, undertaken in the Bellanca J-300 aircraft named Miss Veedol.
