Original vintage advertising poster for a cultural evening organised by the State Association of Music, Variety and Circus, screening of a silent comedy film A Kiss From Mary Pickford, directed by Sergei Komarov, starring Igor Ilyinsky, Anel Sudakevich, Mary Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks, the poster features great constructivism design depicting a smiling couple, lady in a traditional headdress, a gentleman in a suit set over red, yellow, black and green background, the reverse of the poster features information on the event featuring a variety of circus artists: acrobats, equilibrists, balancers, aerial and parterre gymnasts of artistic ballet. Top half of a poster, last image for reference only. Fair condition, creasing, tears, restored paper losses, staining, repaired tears, tape on image, pinholes, small paper losses, double sided, top half of a poster.
