Advertising Poster Italy Children Drawing Competition. Original vintage advertising poster for an Italian drawing competition aimed at children up to 15 years of age. The competition offered 3 million prizes in Italy and was based around the theme of living better by working together, following the US Marshall Plan (European Recovery Program) to help rebuild Europe after WWII. The image shows a young boy in a blue and white striped top, drawing with a red pencil at a green table with a purple city in the background with a bridge, lorries, a train, cranes and towers.
