Propaganda Poster ERP Inter-European Cooperation Inter-European Prosperity. Original vintage propaganda poster for the post-war US sponsored European Recovery Program (1948) known as the Marshall plan - Inter-European Cooperation Inter-European Prosperity / Coopération Intereuropéenne Prospérite Intereuropéen. Great design by Pierre Cauchat depicting a dying tree with a new branch growing from it, the white leaves and flower with yellow and red petals against a dark black and blue background, the new shoot being supported by the flags of European countries participating in the Marshall Plan. This design was submitted to the Intra-European Cooperation for a Better Standard of Living poster competition on the theme of cooperation and economic recovery that was held in Europe for the Marshall Plan. Printed by Kühn & Zoon Rotterdam. Good condition, creasing in margin, small tears in margin. Country of issue: Netherlands, designer: Pierre Cauchat, size (cm): 75x55, year of printing: 1950.

London Underground Poster Transport Green Line Coach Map . Original vintage travel map Green Line Coach Map by London Transport featuring a list of the coach stations and a map of London with the routes marked throughout the city reaching into towns around London. Green Line Coaches was formed in 1930 as a response to the increase in commuter numbers, the services were suspended during World War II and resumed in 1946 adding more services, in 1986 London Country was divided into four operating companies in preparation for privatisation, Green Line network had only a few routes left, with the airport services passed to National Express. In the mid-1990s Arriva became the owner of Green Line brand. Good condition, folds, tears on edges, minor staining. The poster was issued in support of the International day of Solidarity with the Arab People of Syria, March 8 - featuring an illustration of a silhouette of a man with a headdress in a circular frame in flames wrapped with olive branches and a bayonet rifle set over black background. War Poster Sunderland RAF Flying Boat WWII Air Force. Rare original vintage World War Two poster for the Short Sunderland Flying Boat - 20-Ton giant of the coastal command. Technical cut-out design features a heavily annotated illustration of the flying boat both inside and out, alongside a Union Jack and facts and figures about the plane. Through rain, fog, snow and biting cold, the short Sunderland flying boats of the RAF Coastal Command flew far out into the Atlantic to guard British convoys. They were built by Short Brothers of Rochester. Printed for H.M Stationery Office by W.R Royle and Son LTD. Good condition, folds, tears, browning, staining, creasing. Sport Poster Mercedes Benz 1954 1955 Formula One Grand Prix Car Racing Victory. Original vintage double-sided poster published in Swedish by Mercedes Benz to celebrate its racing results in 1954 and 1955. Fantastic illustration on the front depicting a number 8 silver Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Roadster racing car crossing the finishing line and chequered flag with spectators cheering and people taking photos below colourful flags along the top. The text on the reverse lists the 1954 and 1955 race results including F1 Tourist Trophy and Mille Miglia and championship victories by their drivers including Fangio, Moss, Kling, Herrmann and Taruffi in various countries including France, Italy, UK, Spain and Holland with the title Mercedes Benz - Victories for future development / Mercedes-Benz - Segrar for framtida utveckling in white and black letters against a blue background.
